encara que takes the indicative for a fact you accept and the subjunctive for something possible or that doesn’t matter: Encara que està cansat, continua. Encara que estigui cansat, continuarà. per molt que and malgrat que take the subjunctive (malgrat que also the indicative). Reduplication is idiomatic: diguis el que diguis, passi el que passi, sigui com sigui (one way or another).
