più / meno + adjective + di before a noun or pronoun: Roma è più grande di Milano. Use che between two adjectives, verbs or nouns about the same thing: più bello che utile. The superlative adds the article: il più caro, la meno cara. Irregular: buono → migliore, cattivo → peggiore. As … as is (tanto) … quanto or come.
