Portuguese has a future subjunctive for conditions and times still to come, after se, quando, enquanto, logo que, sempre que, quem and onde: Quando chegares, liga-me. Se puderes, vem. Build it from the eles form of the perfeito minus -ram: fizeram → fizer, puderam → puder, foram → for, tiveram → tiver.

• quando — when (later on)
• logo que — as soon as
• enquanto — as long as
• conforme — depending on, as
• chegares — (when) you arrive
• puderes — (if) you can
• quiseres — (if) you want
• estiver — (if) it is

• Quando puderes, liga-me. — Call me when you can.
• Se quiseres, vou contigo. — If you want, I’ll go with you.
• Logo que souber, digo-te. — As soon as I know, I’ll tell you.
• Seja o que for. — Whatever it is.
